IT Governance Project Manager

Job Description: As a member of Rakuten Group, Inc., you will be responsible for project management to promote the development of various IT environments at Rakuten Mobile, Inc. This will include request surveys, interviews with relevant parties, planning and management, and reaching consensus with stakeholders to ensure project success. [Project Support (Internal IT Consultation, Surveys, etc.)] - Planning, scheme creation, system development, and implementation from release - Project management and improvement [Data Analysis and Report Creation] - Data analysis using BI tools and Excel - Preparation of reports and presentation materials for management [Interdepartmental Coordination and Communication] - Promotion and support of collaboration with related departments - Support for implementing internal IT strategies and initiatives on the ground [Application Requirements] - 3+ years of work experience (We are considering a wide range of positions, including planning, sales, digital transformation, and data analysis) - IT skills (experience using Excel and PowerPoint for business purposes) - Business-level English [Preferred Requirements] - Experience working on projects - Work experience in the IT or telecommunications industry - Experience with systems development and automation [English Level] - Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860) [Japanese Level] - Native Level
