Job Description As a member of Rakuten Group, Inc., you will be responsible for formulating guidelines and regulations to realize and maintain an optimal internal IT environment at Rakuten Mobile, Inc. This position will include formulating mission and objectives, creating guidelines and regulations, communicating and educating stakeholders, establishing a compliance system, and subsequent management and operation.
