Job Details
Position: Recruitment Consultant
Work Style: On-site (Office attendance)
Responsibilities:
• Acquiring candidates through job sites, social media, and networks.
• Conducting interviews with job seekers and recommending them to companies.
• Building relationships with companies holding jobs.
• Responsible for discovering and recruiting outstanding talent in the Japanese life sciences industry.
Working Hours:
9.00 AM - 6.00 PM JST
Job Requirements:
• No experience necessary (Experience in recruitment or sales is a plus, but not required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactiveness, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a changing environment.
• Interest in the life sciences/pharmaceutical/healthcare industry is a plus.
• Japanese: Fluent or above (N1 level).
• English: Business level is the basis for communication, but a minimum level is acceptable.
Salary & Benefits:
• Base annual salary: JPY 3500K - JPY 4500K.
• Commission system based on performance.
