Job Summary
TOKI is a luxury travel company specializing in bespoke Japanese cultural experiences for international VIPs. We are seeking a Travel Coordinator to design, arrange, and manage high-end travel itineraries and cultural activities. This role involves coordinating logistics, managing guide operations, and developing new cultural content.

【Specific Job Responsibilities】
◎ Guide-related work
- Arranging/managing guides for each project
- Conducting guide recruitment interviews
- Planning/implementing guide training
- Creating/editing guide manuals/scripts, etc.
◎ Arranging various logistics such as Shinkansen, hired cars, and tickets
◎ Sharing arrangement status internally
◎ Relationship management with activity providers (artisans, traditional experience locations, etc.)
◎ Building connections/relationships

Eventually, you will be involved in discovering and managing new content:
◎ Content development, improvement, and document creation
◎ Sharing content with travel curators
◎ Developing new connections with artisans and traditional experience locations
◎ Planning internal FAM (Familiarization Trips), etc.
【Working Hours】
Flexible working hours. Core time: 11:00-17:00 (7 hours of scheduled work, 60 minutes of break). Hybrid work schedule not permitted.
【Required Conditions】
* Passion for inbound tourism
* Native Japanese speaker or equivalent to N1 level
* Basic PC skills and professional skills
【Preferred Conditions】
* Desire to work in a field using English
* Knowledge of various services (gourmet, sightseeing, etc.) to meet the specific needs of affluent clients
* Proficiency in languages other than Japanese and English
* Licensed tour guide
* Culture and art knowledge, and practical experience in these fields
* Some management experience
