Backend Web Application Engineer

■Role/Job Description Currently, we are focusing on backend product development to realize digital transformation. Developed using PHP/Golang as the base language, you will be involved in all processes, including development, to quickly deliver product value to the world with high quality, including new feature development and usability and performance improvements, while collaborating with product owners and marketers. ■Specific Duties - Design, development, code review, measurement, and operation of web applications, APIs, and databases - Promote quality improvements (refactoring, security, performance tuning, test code, etc.) - Respond to inquiries, investigate and permanently resolve issues, and collaborate with sales and customer success - Propose and promote improvements to service operations efficiency ■Required Requirements - Web application development and operation experience (approximately 5 years) - Continuous development experience using unit testing - Development and operation experience using RDBMS such as MySQL ■Preferred Requirements - Experience with design, design review, and code review with an eye toward operation (maintainability) - Experience building infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) - Experience with Scrum and agile development - Experience tracking new service and software trends, and hands-on testing and implementation from the perspective of service and business improvement - Experience resolving technical issues - Experience developing serverless applications - Development with a focus on productivity and quality, promoting DevOps - Experience contributing to technical communities such as OSS - Basic knowledge of security ■Language Requirements - English Level: None - Japanese Level: Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
