Job Summary

This role involves creating 3D construction drawings and models for HVAC and sanitary equipment using Revit (MEP) and Rebro. You will collaborate with the BIM section team to ensure data integrity for large-scale construction projects. The position is office-based with long-term stability and full visa support for international applicants.

Job Details

### Job Description - Create construction drawings and 3D models for HVAC and sanitary equipment using Revit (MEP) and Rebro. - Work with the Production Design Department's BIM Section team to ensure design data integrity. - Participate in BIM work for large-scale projects and handle drawings from design to construction. - Work will be primarily in an office environment; on-site assignments are not expected. - This is a stable, long-term position. ### Working Hours - Scheduled working hours: 8 hours 00 minutes, break: 60 minutes. - [Example working hours] 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. - Average overtime: 30 hours (Estimated). ### Job Requirements - Experience working with Revit (MEP) or Rebro. - Ability to communicate both within and outside the team. - Japanese: N3 or equivalent (daily conversation level). - [Good to have] Experience working with both Revit (MEP) and Rebro. - [Good to have] Japanese: Business level or above (N2 or equivalent). - English Level: Daily Conversation Level (TOEIC 475-730). ### Compensation & Benefits - Expected Annual Salary: ¥4,000,000–¥6,000,000 (Negotiable based on experience and skills). - Overtime Pay: Separately. - Bonuses: None. - Commuting Allowance: Monthly Maximum of ¥15,000. - Social Insurance: Full coverage. - Holidays: 120 days per year (2 days off per week, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). - Paid holidays: Granted in accordance with the Labor Standards Act. ### Contract Details - Full-time employment. - Trial period: 3 months (no change in benefits during the trial period).
