Job Summary

We are seeking a Compliance Manager to strengthen our compliance system as our business expands. The role involves internal risk management, regulatory relations, and collaborating with overseas departments. You will act as the 'last line of defense' for our growing Japanese market operations.

Responsibilities

Manage internal compliance risk and promotion
Monitor customer transactions and review account openings
Review advertising and marketing materials
Maintain regulatory relations (JFSA, JSDA)
Collaborate with overseas departments

Required Skills

Compliance experience at a securities firm
Internal Control/Securities Salesperson Certification
Experience with regulatory authorities
Business-level English proficiency
Bachelor's degree or higher

Job Details
