Business System Analyst

### Job Description We are looking for a Bilingual Business Analyst to join a global test team supporting the integration of a new ERP system with enterprise middleware platforms such as AIP, ERP, MRP, PLM, and EDA. This role plays a key part in planning, executing, and managing system integration tests while acting as a bridge between Japanese and global stakeholders. ### Key Responsibilities - Create and manage system and integration test plans for connecting ERP and middleware platforms. - Define test conditions, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders. - Execute and manage test cycles using a trial and error approach to validate system integrations. - Track test progress, risks, and issues, and report status to the test team leader. - Coordinate and manage middleware vendors and internal technical teams. - Lead and facilitate meetings in both Japanese and English. - Support overall project activities related to system integration and testing. ### Job Requirements - 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting middleware, system integration, or ERP related projects. - 5+ years of experience in IT projects within the manufacturing industry, especially in production engineering or production management. - Experience leading or driving IT projects involving multiple stakeholders. - Strong understanding of system integration, middleware, and enterprise applications. - Native level Japanese or above N2 level, and business level English. ### Preferred Qualifications - Experience working on ERP implementation or integration projects. - Knowledge or experience with Oracle E Business Suite is a strong plus. - Background in large scale manufacturing or industrial IT environments. ### Benefits - Social Insurance - Education/Training - Holidays: Five-Day Workweek - Paid Holidays - Congratulatory or Condolence Leave - Child-care Leave - Job Contract Period: Permanent employment
