Job Summary
We are hiring a Test Automation Engineer to support the quality of the YouTube application on Android TV. This role focuses on maintaining, debugging, and enhancing Python-based automation frameworks running on Linux platforms. The position involves collaborating with global teams within CI/CD pipelines.

Job Details
Role & Responsibilities:
- Maintain, debug, and enhance Python-based test automation tools and frameworks
- Operate and troubleshoot Linux-based test platforms
- Execute and analyze automated tests for the YouTube app on Android TV
- Support stable test automation within CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with global teams using English
- Analyze logs and identify root causes of test failures
Job Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Python-based test automation
- Strong Linux command-line and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of software testing (unit, functional, end-to-end)
- JLPT N1 or above
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Experience debugging and modifying automated test code
Languages:
- English Level: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
- Japanese Level: Fluent (JLPT Level 1 or N1)
