Job Summary
The Caterpillar Financial Japan Future Talent (JFT) Program is a leadership development initiative designed for graduates and early-career professionals. Over a four-to-five-year period, participants engage in up to three rotational assignments across core business areas. The program aims to provide broad business experience to prepare individuals for future leadership roles within the company.

Job Description:
The Caterpillar Financial Japan Future Talent (JFT) Program is a leadership development program for graduates and early-career professionals that provides exposure to different areas of the Caterpillar Financial core business.
Responsibilities:
- The objective of this program is to provide broad business experience, so participants can take on future leadership roles with the company.
- Participants receive a high degree of management focus and deliberate assignments during this four-five year program.
- Program participants will have up to three rotational assignments, each between 18-24 months.
- The rotational assignments can be in customer-facing, origination, credit, and specialty roles.
Working Hours:
- 8:30-17:30 or 9:00-18:00 (Office work 5 days a week)
Job Requirements:
- Customer Focus: Candidates with some experience in customer service.
- Finance-related knowledge.
- Work experience or interest in the leasing, banking, or finance industry.
- Communication skills (Japanese and English proficiency).
- *Even if you currently lack finance-related knowledge, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn new things and are interested in building a career in the finance field.
Language Requirements:
- English Level: Fluent (TOEIC 865-)
- Japanese Level: Native Level
Salary & Benefits:
- Annual Salary: ¥7,000,000-¥9,000,000 (Calculated as 12 months' worth of monthly salary).
- Performance bonuses are available quarterly if the company performs well.
Work Environment:
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the facility; smoking areas are available.
- Nearest Station: Minato-Mirai Station, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
