HR/AI Project Manager
Job Summary
You will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of AI-driven HR products. This role involves bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI technologies and practical business solutions. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure product success through data-driven decision-making and market-oriented strategy.

Job Details
■ Expected Role
- Formulate and execute product strategy, including mid- to long-term roadmaps.
- Develop differentiation strategies through market research and competitive analysis.
- Lead product development and manage requirements in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Promote continuous product improvements using user interviews and data analysis.
- Understand and apply the latest AI technologies to practical business scenarios.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between sales, customer success, and management teams.
■ Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Create roadmaps, set KPIs, and drive data-driven decision-making within the HR domain.
- Product Development: Lead requirement definitions, manage specifications, and execute release plans.
- Stakeholder Management: Align product strategy with management and facilitate communication across multinational/multidisciplinary teams.
■ Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the HR industry.
- 4+ years of product management experience in software and systems development.
- Demonstrated experience leading product strategy from planning to execution.
- Experience in defining requirements, systemizing business processes, and translating customer needs into technical specifications.
- Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1 level) with strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
■ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in 0→1 product phase or tech-field HR product management.
- Knowledge of AI/SaaS, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and NLP technologies (GPT, BERT, etc.).
- Proven success in product growth phases and scaling strategies.
- English proficiency (Daily Conversation level).

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Hybrid: 3 days office, 2 days remote).
