Product UI/UX Designer

[Job Description] - Develop visually appealing, user-centered designs based on requirements and research results. - Collaborate with product managers and developers to participate in the design process for new features and improvements. - Leverage the existing design system to maintain consistency and integrity across interfaces. - Continually improve the user experience through iterative design and feedback analysis. - Promote user-centered design principles and contribute to improving the design system. - Create and maintain design documentation such as style guides, design principles, and user personas. - Work closely with the customer support team to incorporate user feedback and identify areas for improvement. [Working Hours] - 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM - Flextime system (core time is 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM) - 1-hour break [Job Requirements] ■ Minimum Qualifications - 3+ years of UI/UX design experience (with a focus on product design) - Design collaboration and prototyping skills using Figma - Strong problem-solving skills and sharp analytical thinking - Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese (Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 or above) - Willingness to learn more about product design and conduct user interviews - Living, or planning to live or relocate, within commuting distance of our Tokyo office ■ Favourite Qualifications - Experience working in the security industry - Experience working with design systems - Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices (to ensure accessible designs) - Experience with user research (using user interviews, surveys, usability testing, etc. to inform design decisions) [Compensation and Benefits] ■Bonus - Paid twice a year (June and December) - Expected salary equivalent to approximately 2.5 months' base salary ■Promotions/Raises - Annual evaluation system (conducted in January) ■Other Benefits - English language proficiency allowance: ¥10,000 to ¥130,000 per month - Office Bonus: ¥2,000 will be paid for each day you come to work and interact with other employees [Holidays] - Full two-day weekend (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays off) - New Year's holiday, Paid vacation, Special vacation [Job Contract Period] - Full-time employment
