Connecting the world’s factories and management decisions through IT. The ERP renewal project that will define the next decade is underway. The ERP system currently in operation has been in place for 10 years, requiring an upgrade to meet next-generation demands regarding operational efficiency, system integration, and governance. As we officially launch this company-wide ERP renewal project, we are seeking experienced professionals who can immediately contribute by leading the entire project from both a technical and business perspective.
### Working Hours
- Flex-Time System
- Standard Working Hours: 08:00 to 17:00 (8 hours 00 minutes, 60-minute break)
- Core Time: 10:00 to 15:00
- Flexible Time 1 (Start): 07:00 to 10:00
- Flexible Time 2 (End): 15:00 to 22:00
### Job Requirements
- Educational Background: High school graduate or higher
- Mandatory Requirements:
- End-to-end experience in an ERP implementation project (from requirements definition through implementation and maintenance).
- Project leadership experience at either a manufacturing company, a System Integrator (SIer), or a consulting firm.
- Interest in a wide range of IT tasks, not limited to specialized domains.
- Coordination and promotion skills to bridge both the IT and business sides of operations.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with global ERP renewal projects in a manufacturing environment (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Experience with system deployment/rollout to overseas locations.
- Knowledge or experience in a business area such as accounting, production, or sales.
- Individuals who value teamwork and communication in the workplace.
- Ability to communicate with overseas counterparts in English for business purposes.
- Japanese Level: Fluent (JLPT Level 1 or N1)
### Compensation and Benefits
- Annual Salary Range: JPY 4,000,000 to JPY 7,000,000
- Bonus: Twice annually (2023 Performance Result: 4.7 months' salary equivalent)
- Salary Increase: Once annually
- Annual Holidays: 121 days
- Full two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays), Year-end/New Year Holidays, Golden Week, Summer Vacation, Maternity/Childcare Leave.
