Job Details
### Technical Lead for New AI Solutions
You will participate in new business and product projects from the planning stage, and will use your expertise in AI-based technologies to propose solutions, verify feasibility, select technologies, design architecture, and implement them. You will drive and lead development tasks across the entire project, from proof of concept (PoC) to product implementation, and provide problem-solving support for team members.
### Comprehensive Evaluation and Improvement of AI Systems
You will propose, design, and build MLOps systems to objectively evaluate the accuracy, quality, and business value of AI solutions. This includes introducing evaluation frameworks for generative AI and AI agents (e.g., LLM-as-a-judge, Ragas) and analyzing the correlation between business KPIs and AI function evaluation indicators.

### Required Requirements
- 3+ years of Python development experience.
- Team development experience using version control systems (Git).
- Development experience using public cloud services.
- Experience developing and leading AI/machine learning projects.
- Experience in testing and development using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Google).
- Strong knowledge of generative AI-related applied technologies (RAG, prompt engineering, evaluation).
- Native-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 or equivalent).
### Preferred Requirements
- Knowledge and work experience related to the operation of AI/machine learning systems.
- Knowledge and experience with AI Agents and fine-tuning.
- Basic knowledge and experience in web application development.
- Experience designing and operating large-scale data infrastructure.
- Experience mentoring team members and leading technical decision-making.
