Job Summary
As an SRE, you will be responsible for improving product availability, performance, and developer experience while ensuring the stability and scalability of technical infrastructure. The role involves designing, building, and operating cloud infrastructure on GCP and managing Kubernetes environments. You will collaborate closely with development teams to promote best practices in system reliability and incident response.

Job Details
### Job Description
- Design, construction, operation, and optimization of cloud infrastructure, primarily GCP
- Construction, operation, and improvement of application execution environments utilizing container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Promotion of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Construction and improvement of system monitoring and alerting systems (Sentry, Runscope, etc.)
- Efficiency improvement of development processes through construction and improvement of CI/CD pipelines
- Incident response, incident management, and post-mortem analysis
- Implementation and strengthening of security measures
- Performance tuning and improvement of scalability
- Technical support and knowledge sharing to development teams
- Design and monitoring of SLI/SLO/SLA
- Improvement of operational efficiency through development and introduction of automation tools

### Job Requirements
**[Required Qualifications]**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields
- 3+ years of development experience in one of the following programming languages (Python or TypeScript recommended)
- 1+ year of practical experience on a cloud platform (GCP recommended)
- Experience in system design, construction, and operation in Linux environments
- Deep knowledge and practical experience with container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, etc.
- Experience using CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
- Experience using system monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.)
- Experience in troubleshooting and incident response
- Language Proficiency: Japanese (N2 or higher), English (Business level)

- Experience in Kubernetes operation
- GCP Professional Cloud Architect, Professional DevOps Engineer certifications
- Experience in database management such as PostgreSQL
- Knowledge and experience in security and network design
- Experience in operating large-scale systems
