Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Analyst – GenAI & AI (English & Japanese Bilingual) to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven automation solutions across the organization. This role focuses on leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and intelligent automation to transform business processes and improve efficiency. You will utilize both English and Japanese to deliver scalable, secure, and measurable AI-powered solutions for our global and Japanese clients.

Job Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
Around 4–7 years working experience in AI, automation, or related fields.
Strong English and Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1/N2 or equivalent in reading, writing, speaking).
Proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions in production.
Required technical skills:
Experience with GenAI/LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
Strong programming skills (Python preferred) and API integration experience.
Understanding of NLP concepts (tokenization, embeddings, classification) and vector databases.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
Understanding of AI governance, security, and ethics.
Relevant AI/ML or cloud certifications.
Nice-to-have:
Experience with LangChain or chatbot platforms.
Exposure to RPA tools (e.g., UiPath AI Center), low-code platforms (e.g., Node-Red), or automation tools.
Knowledge of AI cost optimization and Agile delivery.
Experience with AI security, compliance, and data privacy standards.
