Lab Manager

Job Description Lead end‑to‑end operations in a global clinical laboratory organization Drive quality, people development, and continuous improvement initiatives Description * Oversee all daily laboratory testing operations, ensuring high quality and timely service delivery * Manage non‑production activities, compliance requirements, and coordination with internal and global teams * Lead, train, and develop Medical Technology staffs * Monitor operational performance, quality indicators, and department performance reporting * Support client visits, audits, and inquiries, ensuring responsive and accurate communication * Promote process improvement initiatives, including efficiency and quality enhancement programs Profile * Experience in a clinical laboratory environment * Experience in management, team lead or team supervision * Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Life Science, or Medical Technology (Master's/PhD would be a plus) * Business level in both Japanese and English * Able to work in the lab in Saitama, Japan Job Offer * Lead end‑to‑end operations in a global clinical laboratory organization * Drive the growth of the Japan business * International & diverse team in the lab * Opportunity to collaborate closely with global teams * Flat and supportive workplace * Competitive salary
