From strengthening collaboration with partner universities overseas, including the Chicago campus, to supporting our students' overseas endeavors and building a system for accepting international students, this is a dynamic position where you can utilize your advanced English skills.
[Specific Job Responsibilities]
■ Planning and Designing Internationalization Promotion Programs
- Planning and managing new overseas training and international exchange programs
- Designing and managing scholarship programs to support overseas study
■ Collaboration with Overseas Universities and International Agreement Operations
- Liaising, negotiating, and coordinating with overseas universities and educational institutions regarding the conclusion and renewal of agreements
■ Total Support for Study Abroad Dispatch and Student Acceptance
- Procedures and living support for international students
- Support for procedures and pre-study preparations related to overseas study (dispatch) for our university students
■ Management and Operation of International Exchange Hubs
- Management and operation of accommodation facilities (Ti-House) for international students
- Planning, operation, and outsourced management of the Language Education and International Exchange Promotion Center (iPlaza)
■ Other Internationalization-Related Tasks
- Translation of official university documents and business-related documents (Japanese to English)
- Implementation and operational support for various internationalization events

【Organizational Structure】
Number of Full-Time Staff (as of August 1, 2026) 57 people (29 men, 28 women)
Scope of Changes in Duties: All duties as defined by the university
Measures against passive smoking: Indoor smoking is prohibited in principle.
Working Hours
■Weekdays: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
■Saturdays: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM (Working one day a month)
*Flexible working hours available (Weekdays: Core time 10:30 AM - 3:20 PM, standard working hours 8 hours
Saturdays: No core time, standard working hours 4 hours)
Job Requirements
[Required Qualifications]
■ Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
■ Language Proficiency: Business-level English proficiency (experience using English in a professional setting, including telephone, email, and negotiation skills)
■ PC Skills: Basic PC skills (practical use of Word and Excel)
[Preferred Qualifications]
■ High English Proficiency: TOEIC score of 850 or higher, or equivalent language proficiency
■ Overseas Experience: Experience studying or working abroad
■ Related Work Experience: Experience in study abroad support (educational institutions or private companies), or experience working at an international center or similar educational institution
*Candidates without prior work experience as a university staff member are also welcome.

Salary Description
Expected Annual Salary: ¥4,510,000 -
Monthly Salary: ¥260,000 or more
*Salary will be determined based on experience and ability.

25 years old (3 years experience) / ¥4,950,000
30 years old (8 years experience) / ¥5,650,000
35 years old (13 years experience) / ¥6,380,000
*The above amounts are examples and are merely model annual salaries.
*Includes 15 hours of overtime pay.

*Commuting allowance will be paid separately.

■Salary Increase: Once a year (April)
■Bonus: Twice a year (July, December) (FY2025 Actual: Average 5.3 months)

■Commuting Allowance: Actual expenses paid (up to ¥50,000 per month)
