You will be entrusted with autonomy in all aspects, from strategy planning and team management to building agency alliances. [Business Strategy & Sales Strategy] * Planning and execution of sales strategies to maximize new contracts and MRR in the Korean market * Hypothesis formulation and solution design for customer business challenges * Closing operations and business process design until order is secured * Business trips to visit customers in Korea (possibility of long-term business trips) * Process design and numerical management using CRM/SFA * Market needs research in Korea and feedback to the entire company [Team Management] * Design and execution of team operations * Project management and policy decision-making for members * Member training, behavior management, and motivation management * Recruitment of optimal personnel [Agency Alliance] * Planning and execution of alliance strategies to expand sales through agencies * Development of new agencies, partnership negotiations, and contract scheme construction * Sales support for agencies after partnerships ■ Position Appeal The Korean business is in the launch phase, allowing you to be involved in market development and system building from the ground up.
