Software Development Engineer

■Your Role Serves as a Software Systems Engineer within project teams focused on custom contract development. The position offers flexible work-from-home options and opportunities for career advancement while working primarily on large-scale enterprise projects. Engineers with experience in Java and PHP are especially welcome. ■Responsibilities 1) Web System Development (General): Engineering core business systems, internal management platforms, and front-end architectures across credit/financing, life insurance, non-life insurance, banking, retail/distribution, and leasing sectors. Tech Stack: Java, PHP, C#.NET, Python, SQL, etc. 2) Retail & Store Systems Development: Building web-based systems for desktop and mobile environments (smartphones and tablets). Tech Stack: Java, PHP, JavaScript, C#.NET, SQL, etc. 3) Mobile Application Development: Developing iOS and Android store applications. 4) Proprietary Software Package Development: Engineering in-house solutions, including high-speed big data search software. Tech Stack: Python, JavaScript, C, Shell Script, etc. 5) Operational Process Improvement: Creating operational scripts and automating maintenance workflows. 6) Development Environment Management: Maintaining and administering application servers (e.g., JBoss, WebLogic). 7) Development Asset Management: Building and operating repository/library management infrastructure (e.g., Git, Subversion). ■Position Highlights You will be encouraged to pursue a long and successful career as an IT engineer. Experienced engineers actively utilize full-remote work arrangements. During the initial onboarding period, new hires attend the office to learn operational workflows and build team integration. Once acclimated to the role and processes, employees are granted the flexibility to choose their preferred working style.
