Job Description Overview: We are seeking a Commercial Law expert with deep experience in Japanese commercial transactions and contracts to support human-in-the-loop evaluation of advanced AI systems. The expert will help establish ground-truth answers, evaluate research outputs, build rubrics, and identify legal reasoning failure modes in commercial law tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Review and assess AI-generated responses related to Japanese commercial law. - Evaluate legal research accuracy, statutory interpretation, and citation quality. - Create or calibrate evaluation rubrics with objective pass/fail criteria. - Support ground-truth development for complex legal questions. 高度なAIシステムの「ヒューマン・イン・ザ・ループ（人間による介在）」型の評価を支援していただける、日本の商取引および契約法に精通した商法専門家を募集しています。専門家の方には、商法関連タスクにおける正解データの策定、研究成果の評価、評価ルーブリックの構築、および法的な推論における失敗モード（エラーのパターン）の特定を担当していただきます。 職務概要: 商法（Commercial Law） 日本の商取引および契約の分析 - 日本の商法に関連するAI生成回答のレビューおよび評価 - 法的リサーチの正確性、法令解釈、および引用の質の評価 - 客観的な合格／不合格基準を用いた評価ルーブリックの作成または調整 - 複雑な法的問題に対する正解データ（グラウンド・トゥルース）作成のサポート Working Hours 就業時間: 8:00 - 18:00 (PST) の中で7時間勤務（週35時間勤務） The required working schedule is 7 hours per day, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM PST (US time), 35 hours per week during PST business hours Job Requirements Required Qualifications: - Licensed attorney, formerly practicing attorney, JD/LL.M. graduate, or senior legal research specialist/paralegal. - Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial law, including commercial transactions, contract drafting/review, and business law matters. - 3年以上の商法（Commercial Law）に関する実務経験をお持ちの方 - 確認可能な資格: 法学学位、弁護士資格、または法務専門職資格をお持ちの方 （独立した第三者による検証が可能である必要があります） - 日本語が母語レベル以上で、ビジネスレベル以上の英語力をお持ちの方 - マルチタスクに長けていて、PCやシステムの効率的な使用ができ、計画的に業務をこなしていくことが得意な方 下のいずれかの資格・アカデミックバックグランド、法務経験をお持ちの方： - 弁護士資格保有者（現役・元職問わず） - 優秀な学業成績を持ち専門的な法務リサーチや執筆経験を有する法務博士（JD）または法学修士（LL.M.）取得者 - 3年以上の法規定分析、判例調査、複雑な法務文書作成経験をお持ちの、上級法務リサーチスペシャリストまたはパラリーガル English Level Fluent (TOEIC 865-) Japanese Level Native Level Job Contract Period Contract duration: 3～6 months. Nearest Station Work location: WFH (U.S.). preferably the person will be in the U.S. already.
