Resort Staff General Position

Job Description At Club Med resorts, we provide services to ensure our guests have the best possible vacation. Depending on your preferences and aptitude, you will be assigned to one of the following positions: Attractions of working at Club Med: ★ Opportunity for future transfers to group facilities overseas! Work on a global stage. ★ English is the official language, and comprehensive on-the-job training (OJT) is provided, making it easy to start even without experience. ★ Excellent benefits including dormitory accommodation, free resort stays, and full reimbursement of transportation costs. ■ Kids Club (Childcare) We care for children aged 2-17 from both Japan and abroad, providing fun activities such as finger plays, sports, and games. In this mini-club where children from various countries gather, your important job is to play with the children, create unforgettable memories of their stay, and build trust with their parents. ■ Reception (Front Desk) You will be responsible for welcoming and seeing off guests, check-in and check-out procedures, and responding to their requests during their stay. You will provide meticulous support to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. ■ Reception (Transportation 담당) Manage transportation (shuttle bus, taxi, etc.) and schedules from the airport to the resort, assisting guests to ensure a comfortable journey. Frequent communication with external transportation companies is required, and computer skills are necessary. ■ Bartender Working in the resort's most popular bar lounge, you will be a barista during the day and serve cocktails and drinks at night, also handling customer service, inventory management, and ordering. Enjoy conversations with guests while creating a relaxed daytime atmosphere and an exciting nighttime experience! ■ Lifeguard Responsible for safety management, primarily overseeing water sports at the Ishigaki Island beach resort and the indoor pool at the Hokkaido resort. Ensuring guests' safety at the waterfront while conveying the enjoyment of the activities. ■ Sports Instructor Alpine skiing or snowboarding instructor Enjoy conversations with international guests while teaching them the joys of powder snow. ■ Human Resources, Accounting, Purchasing, and Facilities Management Back office staff supporting resort operations. This role involves core hotel operations, including staff recruitment support, attendance management, expense processing, data entry, ordering and managing supplies, and facility and equipment management. Depending on your experience, you can choose between an assistant or manager position.
