Senior Data Consultant

[Job Description] Starting with management and business challenges, you will support the conceptualization and implementation of data strategies, analytical platforms, BI, and data governance. • Data utilization strategy and KPI design • Development of data analysis use cases • Definition of requirements for data platform and BI implementation • Establishment of a data governance system • Planning of management dashboards • Collaboration with data scientists and engineers • Conducting workshops for clients Working Hours: Flexible working hours. Standard working hours: 8 hours per day. No core time. Job Requirements: • Experience in data analysis, BI, data infrastructure, or IT consulting • Experience in requirements definition and client negotiation • Knowledge of Excel, SQL, or BI tools • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, or Databricks • Knowledge of data governance • Experience in business management, marketing, or CRM Language Level: Japanese Level Native Level Holidays: Complete two-day weekend system, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, annual paid leave, bereavement leave, maternity leave, childcare leave, and family care leave.
