Job Description Our main responsibilities involve proposing usage and application methods tailored to the business operations and needs of client companies using our automotive industry information site, "Information Platform," and ensuring service adoption. Your mission is to understand customer needs, effectively communicate what can be done with the Information Platform, and ensure service adoption and expansion. ■ Job Details ・Explaining usage methods to clients (web meetings, webinars, visits), and promotional activities └ Providing service information and usage proposals to new users, such as newly registered companies or those changing users, and other service information (in-person format. Currently, online meetings are the norm for overseas Japanese companies, but visits are also made for companies in and around Tokyo). ・Increasing the number of registered users within contracted companies and proposing expanded usage limits for clients └ Providing information on available license limits to existing clients, proposing user changes, and proposing expansion of contract limits. Promoting service awareness and registration for large contract companies with no user limits. ・Supporting new sales └ Gathering information on target companies, registration, and other administrative tasks. Scope of changes to duties: As defined by the company. Working Hours 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (7.5 hours of work, 60-minute break) [Supervisor/Manager Candidate] Overtime: Approximately 20-40 hours per month on average. Some workload is required due to the position. [Staff Position] Overtime: Approximately 10-20 hours per month on average. Overtime occurs depending on the workload, but it is an environment where you can work efficiently and maintain a good work-life balance.
