Job Description Manage SAP S/4HANA implementation and core business transformation projects. • Project planning and governance design • Business and IT issue management • Overseeing the SAP implementation team and vendors • Budget, resource, quality, and delivery management • Progress reporting to senior management • Deployment of global templates • Pre-sales and proposal activities Working Hours Flexible working hours. Standard working hours: 8 hours per day. No core time. Job Requirements [Required Qualifications] ・5+ years of experience in consulting or large-scale IT projects ・Project management experience ・Experience proposing solutions to management or department heads ・Team management experience ・Fluent Japanese language skills [Preferred Qualifications] ・Experience in AI, data, or DX projects ・Experience proposing or securing projects ・Experience in consulting service development Holidays Complete two-day weekend system, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, annual paid leave, bereavement leave, maternity leave, childcare leave, and family care leave.
