Vtuber Project Manager

[Job Summary] Our company boasts global recognition as a VTuber agency. As a Project Manager/Coordinator for overseas events of a VTuber group with fans worldwide, you will contribute to further enhancing their recognition. [Specific Job Responsibilities] ■ Internal Coordination: Coordinating between the overseas event team and the domestic team (Talent, IP, PR, Rights, Legal, etc.) ■ External Coordination: Coordinating between the overseas event team and external business partners ■ Collection and management of materials for internal and external use ■ Overseas business trips (on-site support) Working Hours Flextime system (core time: none) *Scheduled working hours: 8 hours [Required Skills/Experience] ■ Over one year of experience in project management and coordination ■ Ability to work overseas on weekends ■ English: Business level or higher ■ Japanese: Business level or higher [Preferred Skills/Experience] ■ Proficiency in Chinese, Indonesian, Korean, or other languages ■ Experience in event and content planning and management ■ Proficiency in video and image editing applications ■ A shared understanding of our MISSION/VALUE ■ A passion for games and entertainment, and the ability to think from a business perspective about what kind of projects will please users ■ Ability to value teamwork ■ Ability to think proactively and take initiative ■ A sincere and honest individual who can diligently handle miscellaneous tasks and detailed work Salary [Salary] Expected annual income: 4 million to 7 million yen Bonus: Twice a year (performance-based) *Includes fixed overtime pay for 45 hours. Overtime exceeding this will be paid separately. *Salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and abilities, in accordance with company regulations.
