IT Operations Support

Job Description This position is located within the factory of a major pharmaceutical company, one of our clients. You will be responsible for L1 and L1.5 support within the IT operations team, which supports the stable operation of the system 24/7. Utilize your skills at a globally renowned pharmaceutical company. *Regarding English usage: We are looking for candidates with intermediate-level or higher conversational English. The system is displayed in English, and some communication within the team and company will require English. [Job Description] You will primarily be responsible for the following tasks related to EWM/MES: - Password reset requests and data recovery support - Gathering information on business troubles, identifying causes, investigating impacts, escalating issues, and handling and confirming recovery - Handling various other inquiries [Location Characteristics] Major pharmaceutical company [Work Location] Kobe City Working Hours Job Title 1) Support Member Morning: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Evening: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Night: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM 2) EWM Support & 3) Infra Support Day Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Shift work required to address issues when they arise) Job Requirements (Common to all positions) Intermediate level of everyday English conversation and reading comprehension *The application used is in English, and some English is required even in conversations within the support team.
