The IT department is seeking an experienced System Engineer or IT Infrastructure Engineer to support manufacturing operations. The role involves managing internal business systems, IT infrastructure, and driving Digital Transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include system maintenance, operational efficiency improvements, and technical support for business units.

Job Details
Department Overview:
This department functions as the IT division for our manufacturing business, responsible for system maintenance/operation, supporting the business units with operational efficiency and improvement, and backing DX (Digital Transformation) activities. The department is structured into two main teams:
Business Systems Team:
- Handling the introduction, development, and maintenance of applications.
- Collaborating with business units on operational reform and improvement.
- Responding to IT support requests from employees.
- Maintaining and operating deployed system services.
- Maintaining, managing, and updating various business systems.
Infrastructure Management Team:
- Managing internal IT infrastructure (corporate network, servers, security, and global communication tools).
- Driving operational reform and improvement using advanced technologies.
- Managing email and scheduling services (e.g., Microsoft 365).
- General maintenance and operation of the infrastructure foundation (network, servers, PCs, etc.) and information systems.
- Investigating, proposing, and supporting the implementation of solutions for operational challenges on the factory floor.
Working Hours:
- Flex-Time System: Standard 08:00 to 17:00 (8 hours).
- Core Time: 10:00 to 15:00.
- Flexible Time 1: 07:00 to 10:00.
- Flexible Time 2: 15:00 to 22:00.
Application Requirements:
- Experience participating as an IT professional in the implementation of the systems mentioned above.
- Interest in a wide range of IT tasks.
- Japanese Level: Fluent (JLPT Level 1 or N1).
