Resin Design Engineer

Job Responsibilities: The company is focused on the development and evaluation of large resin products, primarily resin tailgates, positioning them as a third core business. Your main responsibility will be the design and 3D CAD modeling of both resin and metal components. Work Location: Saitama Research Center, Sayama City, Saitama Prefecture or Tochigi Research Center, Sakura City, Tochigi Prefecture. Your specific work location will be determined based on your skills, experience, and preference. Working Hours: Flex-Time System. Standard working hours are 08:00 to 17:00 (8 hours total, 60 minutes break). Core Time is 10:00 to 15:00. Flexible Time 1 (Start): 07:00 to 10:00. Flexible Time 2 (End): 15:00 to 22:00. Job Requirements: Mandatory Requirements: - Design experience with injection-molded resin/plastic parts. Highly Desired (Preferred Qualifications): - A university degree in Science and Engineering (Mechanical or Physics-related fields). - Experience in the development of automotive parts. - Experience using CATIA V5/V6. - Ability to converse/interpret in English regarding technical content. - Japanese Level: Daily Conversation Level. Salary and Compensation: - Annual Salary Range: ¥4,000,000 to ¥8,000,000. - Bonus: Twice annually (June and December). 2023 Performance Result: 5 months' salary equivalent. - Salary Increase: Once annually (April). - Monthly Salary: ¥250,000 to ¥370,000. - Probationary Period: 3 months (No change in conditions). Holidays: - Annual Holidays: 121 days. - Fully Two Days Off Per Week (Saturdays and Sundays). - Year-end/New Year Holidays, Golden Week, and Summer Vacation (8-10 days each). - Annual Paid Leave (100% utilization). - Maternity and Childcare Leave available.
