Web Producer Consultant

### Job Description As the chief executive officer, you will oversee the entire project, from identifying the client's issues and proposing plans for solving those issues using the web, through to production and operation. As well as interviewing and negotiating with clients, you will also bring together internal project members and select partner companies, leading the project to success. Your job will involve overseeing the overall picture, formulating strategies and managing budgets, implementing measures that are committed to achieving goals, and producing results. You will think about things from a management perspective, and be at the core of Pencil's business. ### Working Hours - 10:00-19:00 (Regular working hours: 8 hours 0 minutes) - Break time: 60 minutes - Overtime work: Yes (Average annual overtime hours are around 20-30 hours/month) ### Job Requirements - Practical experience in planning, creating, and operating websites - Experience in negotiating, proposing, and consulting with clients - Project management/leadership experience - Business/organizational consulting experience - Japanese Level: Fluent (JLPT Level 1 or N1) ### Salary Details - Salary example: 325,500 yen～ - Monthly (basic salary): 248,000 yen～ - Fixed overtime allowance/month: 77,500 yen to 148,500 yen (fixed overtime hours 40 hours 0 minutes/month) - Overtime allowance for excess overtime work is paid additionally ### Holidays & Benefits - Two days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays) - 10-20 days of paid leave per year - 123 days of annual leave (Includes Golden Week, summer vacation, year-end and New Year's holidays, special leave, maternity leave, childcare leave) - 100% of employees take maternity and childcare leave
