As an IT Manager at our FinTech firm, you will manage Japan’s internal IT/networks, SaaS accounts, security policies, and vendors. You are expected to bring 5-7 years of IT operations experience in infrastructure and end-user support. The role requires native Japanese and business-level English or Korean.

Job Requirements:
■5-7 years of IT operations experience in infrastructure & end-user support
■Proficient in Windows/macOS, server & network management
■Japanese(Native Level), English or Korean(Business Level)
- Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, M365, Slack, Jira)
- Hands-on expertise in firewall, VPN & wireless network setup
- Excellent communication skills, supporting employees at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
English Level: Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level: Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
Salary: JPY 9000K - JPY 15000K
Holidays: 年間休日 120日
