Job Description The role offers the chance to work on Backend for Frontend services and APIs that enhance both customer and merchant experiences while contributing across the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to operations and troubleshooting. Description * Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions aligned with business requirements. * Develop and maintain BFF services and related APIs that bridge frontend applications and backend systems. * Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in large-scale online systems. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, QA engineers, and fellow developers, to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. * Lead technical initiatives and contribute to system improvements, operational excellence, and architectural decisions. Profile * 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with strong Java EE development expertise. * Proven experience designing, developing, and operating RESTful APIs. * Hands-on experience supporting large-scale online platforms, including incident management and production troubleshooting. * Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build pipelines, testing, deployment, and operations. * Strong ability to independently design and develop high-performance, scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions. * Senior-level engineering experience with the ability to proactively communicate with stakeholders, mentor engineers, and lead projects. * Experience developing solutions using container technologies such as Docker. * Valid visa inside of Japan Preferred Qualifications * Experience designing and developing systems using RDBMS, KVS, and NoSQL databases. * Strong knowledge of the Spring Framework ecosystem. * Experience building CI/CD pipelines and implementing monitoring solutions using tools such as Grafana. * Experience leveraging AI technologies to improve software development processes and productivity.
