Responsibilities As a Senior member of their team, you will lead client service/product development, operational transformation, and organizational change from the ideation stage to value creation. Your role is not just about introducing AI tools, optimizing development, or creating proposals. You will deeply understand the client’s business challenges and on-site constraints, identify the core themes to be solved with AI, translate them into actionable projects, and drive them to completion yourself. In this position, you will embed yourself into the client's operations, manage stakeholder expectations, and take end-to-end responsibility for requirements definition, implementation, business integration, and operational adoption. They expect you to go beyond theoretical AI-driven development. By leveraging and orchestrating multiple AI agents, you will break down tasks, verify deliverable quality, design improvement cycles, and ultimately elevate actual delivery speed and quality. Furthermore, as a Senior professional, you will be accountable not only for project QCDS (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Scope) but also for the P&L (Profit and Loss). You will manage projects holistically—balancing client value, team utilization, costs, risks, and schedules—to deliver tangible business results. You will also be expected to share the practical insights gained from individual projects within their team, enhancing the productivity of the entire organization through member development, standardization, and knowledge sharing. ◆About the projects They have a rich track record of over 2,200 development projects. In addition to a wide range of domains such as MaaS, FinTech, IoT, AI, and VR, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, including AI agent development and service creation utilizing Generative AI. Specifically: - Lead projects from conceptual design to requirements definition, development, production release, and operational adoption by structuring clients' business and operational challenges and identifying themes to be solved with AI. - Break down abstract consultations into issues directly linked to business results, and drive them forward with clear priorities and execution plans. - Plan, design, and implement initiatives that combine LLMs, AI agents, cloud computing, and core business systems. - Ensure these initiatives do not end at the PoC (Proof of Concept) stage by designing business workflows, permissions, operational rules, and improvement cycles to create mechanisms that remain continuously utilized in actual operations. - Embed yourself in the client’s workplace, act as a bridge between operational staff, decision-makers, and development members to gather information, and establish a culture of AI-driven development, verification, and improvement within the project. - Generate high-speed outputs by running multiple AI agents in parallel and delegating roles such as research, requirements alignment, design, implementation, review, and documentation. - Discern the scope to be handled by AI versus the areas requiring human judgment to guarantee the quality of deliverables. - Support the adoption of AI within the client's organization through training, establishing usage guidelines, and re-engineering business processes. - Ensure the engagement is not a one-off event, but rather enables the client's teams to become self-sufficient in continuously utilizing AI. - Strategically manage QCDS, P&L (Profit and Loss), risks, team structures, schedules, and stakeholder expectations to achieve a balance between client value and business profitability.
