UX/UI Product Designer

Job Description Join a product design team focused on creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that solve complex problems through thoughtful UX and UI design. This role will lead the end-to-end design process, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products that meet both user and business needs. Description * Lead UX and UI design activities from discovery and concept develoapment through final delivery and implementation. * Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences. * Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Content Designers to define requirements and translate user needs into effective solutions. * Contribute to and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and high-quality experiences across products. Profile * 5+ years of UX/UI Product Design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work and shipped products. * Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools, with expertise in interaction design, visual design, and information architecture. * Strong understanding of Japanese users, customer expectations, and local market behaviors, combined with business-level English communication skills. * Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
