[Job Title] Associate – IT Consultant [Work Location] Client Site (Tokyo) [Responsibilities] ・Lead projects at various stages, from customer requirements gathering and business analysis to external design, development/configuration, testing, and implementation. ・Contribute to business unit-level and company-wide initiatives with the aim of providing high-quality, value-added consulting solutions to clients in accordance with Infosys guidelines, policies, and standards. ・Execute projects in collaboration with offshore teams (India), client teams, and on-site teams (client-based members). * Analyze customer problems and create and document solutions [Selection Process] ◆ No written or aptitude tests (1) Document screening (Please submit an English resume. (Start date is negotiable.) * Able to work full-time in Japan. * Regardless of academic background (humanities or sciences) * Business-level Japanese proficiency (目安: N1 or higher) * Ability to communicate simply in English (目安: TOEIC 700 or higher) [Preferred Conditions] * Ability and willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and programming languages as needed. * Interest in the functions and future potential of platforms such as ERP and artificial intelligence. * Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, conversational ability, and writing ability. * Able to represent projects independently and conduct negotiations with clients as needed, and to serve as a reliable advisor in the future. * High adaptability to different environments. Able to share ideas and work collaboratively in mixed teams of on-site (client sites) and offshore (mainly in India). * Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Experience in these areas during student years is preferred.
