Job Details
Job Description:
We design, propose, and implement optimal logistics routes tailored to delivery time, cost, and stability for existing customers (15-20 companies) in the manufacturing and trading sectors (consumer goods, automotive parts, food, etc.).
1. Problem Identification: Through regular business meetings with customers (visits, emails, and phone calls), we gather and organize their requests and potential challenges, such as "cost reduction" and "shorter delivery times."
2. Transportation Plan Development and Quotation Adjustment: We collaborate with the in-house operations department, warehouse staff, and overseas agents located on the same floor. We comprehensively compare and consider various transportation methods, including sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, and domestic delivery, and create the optimal transportation route by adjusting quotations and schedules.
3. Arrangement, Execution, and Progress Management: We arrange transportation based on the agreed-upon plan. We manage the process from shipment to delivery, responding quickly to irregularities such as bad weather or port congestion to ensure safe completion.
4. New Business Development (After Proficiency): Once you've become familiar with the work, you'll gradually take on new business proposals, primarily based on inquiries and referrals from existing clients (no cold calling).
Career Path:
- Entry to Initial Stage: You'll receive on-the-job training (OJT) to take over existing clients and learn the workflow while working on projects with experienced employees.
- Promotion Route: You'll gain experience by handling multiple key clients, aiming for future team management (management) positions.
- Career Change: Depending on your aptitude and aspirations, you can also transfer to positions overseeing the entire logistics operation, such as operations or warehouse management.
- Overseas Expansion: Depending on your experience, achievements, and preferences, there are opportunities to be stationed or assigned to overseas locations such as China and the United States.
