IT Operations Manager

[Job Description] As a member of Rakuten Group, Inc., you will be responsible for promoting the development of various IT environments at Rakuten Mobile, Inc. As part of the department responsible for managing internal IT usage, you will be responsible for ensuring the systems used by each service and business are operating properly and responding to inquiries. - Operate the internal IT management system, including registering data into various systems. - Execute audits based on the company's IT management regulations, ensuring that on-site operations are in line with the rules. - Support the on-site implementation of internal IT systems, including explaining how to use the systems, answering questions from on-site, and responding to improvement requests. [Work Environment] - IT Governance Management Department (approximately 20 employees). - The IT Infrastructure Management Division currently hiring includes one manager and one member. - Mid-career hires are common, offering a smooth onboarding process for those with or without industry-specific experience. [Department/Service Details] - The IT Governance Department's mission is to formulate IT strategies and governance and optimize company-wide IT policies, processes, systems, and the internal IT environment. - The IT Infrastructure Management Division is responsible for implementing various measures based on the IT Governance Department's mission and deploying them internally. (Scope of Changes in Job Content) - Immediately after Hire: Job Content as above. - Scope of Changes: Job content may be changed to company-defined duties based on official announcements, etc. In accordance with the Secondment Regulations, you may be ordered to be seconded, in which case you will be assigned to the assigned company. [Job Requirements] - 3+ years of work experience. - Experience using RPA, kintone, or other BI tools. - Business-level English proficiency. [Preferred Requirements] - Experience working in the IT or telecommunications industry. - Experience with systems development and automation. - Experience with system implementation, utilization, and improvement preferred. [Working Hours] - 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Flexible working hours available). - Core time: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
