Housekeeping Manager

Job Description You will be responsible for managing and supervising hotel room and building cleaning operations. ・Quality control of cleaning in guest rooms and public spaces ・ Training, education, and shift management of housekeeping staff ・Scheduling and progress management of cleaning operations ・ Inventory management and ordering of linens and amenities ・ Checking cleaning standards and hygiene management, and proposing improvements ・ Coordination with other departments (front desk, maintenance, etc.) ・ Handling guest requests and complaints Working Hours • 8.0 hours of actual work per day, shift work • Work under a variable working hours system • No night shifts Job Requirements [Required Qualifications] • Experience in housekeeping at a hotel or accommodation facility • Experience in cleaning management or team leader/management • Basic PC skills (Excel, reservation management system, etc.) • Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality cleaning * Applicants must hold a residence status of "Permanent Resident," "Long-Term Resident," or "Spouse of a Japanese National" [Preferred Qualifications] • Experience in housekeeping management at a luxury hotel • Foreign language skills (English, Chinese, etc.) • Knowledge of and experience in reducing environmental impact Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1) Salary [Salary] Monthly salary: ¥450,000 - ¥650,000 *Salary will be determined based on experience. *Trial period applies.
