Job Description You will be responsible for managing quality verification projects for web applications and system development for a major Japanese company, as well as acting as a bridge SE (Systems Engineer). You will act as a liaison between the Japanese development team and the newly established overseas QA team (Indonesia), aiming to maximize product quality by facilitating specification understanding, identifying issues, and facilitating smooth communication. ① Bridge Communication Management - Acting as the point of contact between the Japanese development team and the overseas QA team - Translating specifications and requirements (Japanese ⇄ Indonesian) and providing supplementary explanations of intent - Reviewing, prioritizing, and providing feedback to the development team on bug reports from the overseas QA team - Investigating the scope of impact of specification changes and rapidly deploying them to the overseas team ② Project Management and Design - Planning the testing process, reviewing each process, and proposing improvements * Visualization of test progress and quality indicators, and reporting to the Japanese side. * Performance management of overseas QA teams (improvement of quality, speed, and understanding). * Client support and improvement proposals. * Identification of quality-related issues and proposal/implementation of process improvements. * Hearing and verification support for technical elements (API, AWS environment, etc.).
