Job Description:
This is a career advisor position targeting global talent with an annual salary of 6 million to over 20 million yen. Since approximately 40% of our registered members are foreign nationals, you can utilize your language skills (English, Chinese, or other languages).
Responsibilities:
You will handle candidates from major scouting platforms, social media, referrals, and our company database. The majority of candidates are middle- and senior-level individuals in their late 30s to late 50s. You will recommend companies that are a good match for candidates and support them until they make their final decision.
Working Hours:
- Flextime system (Standard: 8 hours/day, 1 hour break).
- Core time: 10:00-16:00.
- Probationary period (6 months): 9:00-18:00.
- Overtime: Approximately 30 hours per month.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience as a career advisor at a recruitment agency or in the human resources industry (1 year or more).
- Business-level Japanese proficiency (equivalent to N1).
- Business-level Chinese or English.
Salary & Benefits:
- Annual Salary: ¥4,500,000 - ¥6,000,000.
- Includes fixed deemed overtime allowance (30 hours/month, ¥63,100 or more).
- Individual Incentive (performance-based).
- Year-End Bonus (Twice a year).

Holidays:
