Overseas Sales Representative

Job Description * Corporate sales of "Information Platform," a web service for the automotive industry * New business development with automotive-related companies worldwide * Business negotiations, service explanations, and implementation proposals in English * Sales activities with overseas companies in Japan, the US, Europe, China, Southeast Asia, etc. * Contract renewal follow-up with existing customers * Proposal activities for contract upgrades * Customer support via telephone, email, and online meetings * Hearing customer needs and proposing optimal services * Sales activities at exhibition booths * Information and sales coordination with overseas offices * Creation of proposal and sales materials * Data management and reporting related to sales activities Working Hours • 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM • Break time: 60 minutes • Overtime: Yes (approximately 10-20 hours per month on average) Job Requirements [Required Qualifications] * Experience in corporate sales * Experience in acquiring new customers * Experience in customer service via telephone and email * Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, email, internet search, etc.) [Preferred Qualifications] * Experience in sales to overseas companies * Experience in corporate business negotiations, proposals, and discussions in English * Experience in global sales, overseas sales, or inside sales English Level Fluent (TOEIC 865-) Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1) Salary & Benefits * Annual salary: ¥368,000 - ¥500,000 * Monthly salary: ¥230,000 - ¥312,500 * Bonus: Yes (twice a year *Past performance: 4 months' worth/year) * Salary increase: Yes (once a year) * Commuting allowance: Fully reimbursed * Comprehensive social insurance * Retirement allowance system Holidays • Complete two-day weekend (Saturday and Sunday) • National holidays • Summer vacation (5 days) • Year-end and New Year holidays (6 days) • Paid leave: 10 to 20 days • Annual Holidays: 121 days Job Contract Period Full-time employee (no fixed term) 6-month probationary period
