Job Description
We are looking for someone to provide consulting services to client companies in the areas of governance, risk, compliance, and security. This goes beyond mere advice; we provide "hands-on" support, from analyzing the current situation to developing rules and ensuring operational implementation, all aimed at solving our clients' challenges.
Expected Responsibilities:
- Consulting on all aspects of risk management
- Compliance support (system development, operational support, improvement proposals)
- Support for governance improvement
- Understanding the client's current situation, identifying challenges, and proposing improvements
- Providing GRC solutions in conjunction with our product business
- As projects are primarily direct contracts, you will have the opportunity to work directly with client companies!
- While the main areas of focus are GRC fields such as overall risk management, compliance support, and governance improvement, you can also challenge yourself with security projects, broadening your scope of work!

Work Style:
- Depending on project status, you may be required to come to the office for meetings a few times a week.
- Full flextime and telecommuting systems are utilized.
- Smoking is prohibited on the premises.
Working Hours:
- Standard working hours: 8 hours/day
- Break time: 60 minutes
- Full flextime system with no core time.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Web/system implementation/development or as a consultant.
- Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1).
Preferred Skills:
- Practical experience (3+ years) in risk management, compliance, or governance improvement.
- GRC-related or security-related certifications.
- English communication skills.

Benefits:
- Salary: Monthly salary from ¥350,000 (Base).
- Allowances: Commuting and overtime allowances provided.
- Bonus: Twice a year (equivalent to 2 months of base salary).
- Salary increase: Once a year.

- Holidays: 120+ days (Complete two-day weekend, public holidays, year-end/new year, paid leave, maternity/childcare/family care leave).
- Contract: Full-time employment with a 3-month probationary period.
