Recruitment for 2027 Graduates. You will be working as a Development Engineer or Infrastructure Engineer.
#### Development Engineer
Development work for major projects including web applications, business systems, and embedded software.
- Development of major financial systems
- Development of AI-related systems and web applications
- Development of various Android applications and smartphone applications
- Development of e-commerce sites and portal sites
- Development of customer management systems
- Development of medical and welfare systems
- Development, operation, and maintenance of customer-facing systems
- Development of in-vehicle control systems
- Development of IoT image processing control
#### Infrastructure Engineer
Operation, maintenance, design, and construction of networks/servers, primarily for major manufacturers' projects.
- Design and construction on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Planning, proposal, design, construction, and operation design of network infrastructure
- Design and construction of servers and clouds using virtualization technologies (Hyper-V and VMware)
- Construction and operation of LTE and smartphone-related networks
- Operation and maintenance of servers (Windows, Linux)
#### Working Hours
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (8 hours of work, 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM break)
- Overtime work is required (average 11.1 hours per month)
#### Job Requirements
- Students and graduates who can start work on the company's designated start date (March 1, 2027)
- University graduates or those expected to graduate
- Those who can communicate in Japanese (N2 level or higher)
- Those with IT-related qualifications or those currently studying for them
- Those who can work in Japan for the medium to long term
- Foreign nationals residing outside of Japan
#### Salary and Benefits
- Monthly salary: ¥230,000 (Varies by degree: Graduate school doctorate ¥250,000/month, Master's ¥235,000/month)
- Salary increase: Once a year (July)
- Bonus: Twice a year
