You will provide enablement support including data analysis, visualization, and modeling to help clients transition to data-driven business operations. ### Job Description

We provide support for the adoption of the BI tool "Tableau" to companies considering data utilization, and offer enablement support focused on customer success, including data analysis and data visualization. We aim to expand the use of Tableau throughout the entire company, thereby promoting DX (Digital Transformation) within our clients.
### Specific Job Details
- Data specification confirmation, aggregation, visualization, and modeling (SQL, Tableau, R, etc.): Using Tableau dashboards to process data and graph analysis results.
- Data mart creation and analysis design: Centralizing client data using ETL tools and formulating analysis policies based on insights.
- Tableau implementation, adoption, and utilization support: Understanding client challenges and goals, and providing training sessions to maximize Tableau's functions.
- Data utilization promotion: Proposing analysis methods to foster a data utilization culture at the organizational level.
- Note: Potential for involvement in similar work using other tools like PowerBI.
### Training
- Approximately 2 months of training provided upon joining.
### Working Hours
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (8 hours work, 1-hour break).
- Overtime work may occur depending on project requirements.
### Required Conditions
- 3+ years of experience as a full-time employee.
- Basic PC skills.
- Native-level Japanese (N1 certification required for foreign nationals).
### Preferred Qualifications
- Store management experience (sales and analysis).
- SQL implementation experience.
- Knowledge of statistics and databases.
- Experience using analysis tools like Google Analytics.
- Marketing or data management experience in sales planning.
### Salary & Benefits
- Annual Salary: ¥3,500,000 - ¥5,000,000.
- Monthly Salary: ¥250,000 - ¥400,000 (includes fixed overtime allowance for 20 hours).
- Advanced Technology Allowance (¥35,000 - ¥150,000/month increase possible).

### Holidays
- Annual holidays: 120 days or more.
