Job Summary
This position involves selling medical dispensing equipment and systems to the Chinese market for a top-tier industry manufacturer. You will manage distributor negotiations, propose medical solutions, and support implementation at pharmacies and hospitals. The role requires regular overseas business trips and offers an opportunity to contribute to medical safety and efficiency.

Job Details
### Job Responsibilities:
- Negotiation and sales support with local distributors.
- Proposal activities to medical institutions and users, and operational proposals/follow-up during product implementation.
- Participation in exhibitions and academic conferences.
- Gathering market trends and competitor information, and managing overseas projects and sales progress.
- Coordination with internal departments (development, quality assurance, production management, etc.).
### Products Handled:
- Dispensing machines, dispensing support systems, electronic medical records, and claims processing computers used in pharmacies.
### Requirements:
- Business level English.
- Business level Chinese.
- Sales experience (any industry/tangible or intangible products).
### Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in direct overseas sales at a manufacturer.
### Work Conditions:
- 125 days of annual leave.
- Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays off.
- Approximately 20 hours of overtime per month.
- Commuting allowance up to 50,000 yen per month.
- Full-time employment with a 3-month trial period.
