Job Description: Dual-Purpose Talent Placement Consulting
- Area marketing and targeting
- Acquiring recruiting companies and suitable talent

- Recommending candidates to companies
- Setting up interviews between candidates and companies
- Providing post-interview feedback
- Meeting with candidates
- Regular contact via phone and visits
- Post-employment aftercare
- Accurately understanding client needs and improving customer satisfaction through services to maximize mutual benefits
- Exemplary implementation of company policies/vision/core values
- Risk management for compliance with company and client regulations (including health and safety considerations, working hours, labor-related laws, personal information/confidential information protection, harassment, and other relevant laws)
Working Hours:
- 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (7.5 hours of scheduled work, 1 hour break)
- Flextime system (No core time)
- Remote work available
- Overtime: Overtime pay for hours exceeding the expected 20 hours will be paid separately
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in dual-sided recruitment services
- Strong motivation to achieve and the ability to consistently maintain the level of activity necessary to achieve it
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to absorb new knowledge with curiosity
- Japanese Level: Native Level
