・Candidate search and recommendation to companies.
・Setting up interviews and providing post-interview feedback.
・Meeting with candidates and maintaining regular contact via phone and visits.
・Post-employment aftercare.
・Accurately understanding client needs and improving customer satisfaction to maximize mutual benefits.
・Exemplary implementation of company policies, vision, and core values.
・Risk management for compliance with company and client regulations (including health and safety, working hours, labor laws, personal/confidential information protection, and harassment prevention).
Job Requirements:
