【Job Description】
* Account Opening Support: Guiding non-residents and residents through account opening procedures, and verifying necessary documents (Japanese, Chinese, English).
* Comprehensive Transaction Promotion: Providing information on time deposits, structured deposits, investment products, etc., and supporting contract signing.
* Overseas Remittance Operations: Procedures related to foreign currency remittances, outgoing and incoming remittances, and compliance-based content verification.
* Concierge Service: Handling inquiries from VIP customers via phone, email, and in person.
* Administrative Management: Managing customer information, preparing legal documents, and reporting within the group.
【Working Hours】
Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8:40 AM - 5:10 PM (including a 1-hour break)
【Application Requirements】
◆Required Skills
- Business level or higher in Chinese, English, and Japanese
- Experience in Japan in the personal loan business at a financial institution such as a bank (front desk operations)
- High communication skills to provide courteous and high-quality service and manners to affluent clients
- Basic PC skills including Excel and Word operation, and fast typing
◆Preferred Skills
- Experience in the financial industry, such as customer support or sales at a bank, securities company, or FX company
- Experience in customer service or sales targeting affluent clients at an airline (cabin attendant), luxury hotel, or brand shop
- Knowledge of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and financial products
