As the AI Fundamentals Trainer, your responsibilities will be multifaceted, demanding a blend of pedagogical expertise, technical acumen, and exceptional communication skills. You will own the entire lifecycle of the training delivery, from classroom preparation to post-course feedback.
**1. Masterful Curriculum Delivery and Facilitation**
Your primary responsibility is to bring the "AI Fundamentals & Application" curriculum to life. This is a five-day, 40-hour intensive program that requires more than just lecturing.
* Instruction modality: Instructor will lead 8 hours of instruction each day, breaking down complex AI concepts into digestible, intuitive modules.
* Curriculum coverage: Foundations of AI, Machine Learning vs. Deep Learning, Ethical considerations, Large Language Models (LLMs), Practical Prompt Engineering, AI for Business Productivity, and the AI Ecosystem.
**2. Expert Live Demonstrations with ChatGPT**
* Tool Mastery: You must be a power user of ChatGPT, showcasing advanced prompting techniques, iterative refinement, and creative problem-solving.
* Bridging Theory and Practice: Each demonstration should be explicitly linked to a theoretical concept, explaining the reasoning behind prompt structure to help students build mental models.
**3. Demonstrated Mastery of ChatGPT as a Productivity Tool**
* Advanced Prompt Engineering: Experience with personas, constraints, chain-of-thought, and few-shot examples.
* Versatile Application: Demonstrate use across business tasks like content creation, data analysis, and code generation.
* Understanding of Limitations: Articulate potential for hallucinations, knowledge cut-offs, and lack of consciousness to ensure students are critical consumers of AI output.
