Job Summary
The candidate will manage accounting operations, financial analysis, and business planning for overseas manufacturing subsidiaries. This role involves regular travel to Southeast Asia and Bangladesh to coordinate with local teams and audit firms. It requires strong English communication skills and professional experience in accounting or financial planning.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and manufacturing cost reports of overseas subsidiaries
- Monitor accounting/financial operations and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with overseas audit firms and internal business divisions
- Prepare internal and consolidated financial reports
- Conduct monthly business trips to overseas locations
Required Skills
- 3+ years in accounting/auditing or 5+ years in business planning
- Manufacturing cost accounting knowledge
- Fluent English (TOEIC 865+)
- Business level Japanese (JLPT N2+)
- Willingness to travel internationally frequently

Initial Job Responsibilities:
* Analysis of financial statements and budget/actual figures, including manufacturing cost reports, of overseas subsidiaries, and compilation of internal reports.
* Monitoring of accounting and financial operations, including cost accounting, of overseas subsidiaries, identifying problems, and promoting improvements.
* Collaboration and operational control with overseas audit firms and consulting companies.
* Collaboration and support for accounting operations, consolidated financial statements, and J-SOX-related operations of overseas subsidiaries.
* Internal project-related work.
* Overseas business trips for various assigned tasks (overseas assignments may be considered for those who wish).
* Overseas business trips occur approximately once a month. Destinations are mainly Bangladesh and Southeast Asia, with occasional trips to Hong Kong.

Working Hours
• Five-day work week (Monday to Friday)
• Flexible working hours (standard working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
Core time: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Flexible time: 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Break time: 60 minutes
• Overtime work: Yes (approximately 20 hours per month)
Job Requirements
[Required Conditions]
* At least 3 years of practical experience in accounting or financial statement auditing (experience and knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting are required) OR at least 5 years of experience in business planning OR at least 3 years of experience in accounting-related consulting.
* Applicants must be willing to travel overseas to Southeast Asia, Bangladesh, etc.
* Applicants must be comfortable communicating in English.
* Applicants must be able to patiently and carefully coordinate with manufacturing business divisions and overseas subsidiaries.
[Preferred Conditions]
* Proficiency in the languages of various Southeast Asian countries.
* Experience in accounting-related consulting and auditing.
* Experience in consolidated financial statement preparation.
* Experience in implementing ERP or other systems.
* Qualifications: Bookkeeping Practice Examination (Level 2), Japan Commercial Bookkeeping Examination (Level 2).
Language Requirements
* English: Fluent (TOEIC 865-)
* Japanese: Business Level (JLPT Level 2 or N2)
Salary & Benefits
* Annual Salary: ¥5,000,000 - ¥8,000,000
* Monthly Salary: ¥320,000 - ¥560,000
* Bonus: Twice a year (July, December)
* Salary Increase: Once a year (April)
* Transportation Allowance: Up to ¥50,000/month
